Slide 2 - Research (Talk about "Tension & Compression" in a bridge; Answer the question: What are Good forces & Bad forces on a bridge?)
Slide 3 - Research (What are Truss bridges; Give a real life example of truss bridge with it's name, location, and a picture)
Slide 4 - Design (why you chose the design that you made. Talk about the shapes and the sizes of your bridge.)
Slide 5 - Construction (what was good, what was not good. What did you learn about building a popsicle stick bridge?)
Slide 6 - Final Drawing/Pictures (include pictures of your final drawing. Talk about how your final bridge was the same or different than your first design)
Slide 7 - Test results (put how many pounds your bridge held)
Slide 8 - Analysis (why did your bridge hold as much weight as it did; talk about your design. What made your bridge perform the way it did?)

Project: Stick Together
The goal of the project is to build a bridge with your partner in class that will support the greatest load and weigh the least. You will use the MESA Day Rules for this project which can be found by CLICKING HERE.
Materials will be provided in class. If you would like to bring in sandpaper you may.
